The Fridge Guy (TFG) is in the business of repairing domestic refrigerators and freezers.

Having operated the business successfully since 1995, the principals, John and Catherine Keegan, have decided to expand the company by offering franchises to suitably qualified and highly motivated individuals.

Through concentrating on the domestic refrigeration market, TFG has established and now maintains a positive reputation for 'getting it right the first time', something its competitors cannot regularly achieve.

 

We provide a service level that often exceeds the customer's expectation.

Principal mechanic and founder, John Keegan has a 20 year background in commercial and domestic refrigeration, and is highly regarded in the industry. His knowledge, expertise and training skills are the major ingredients of the business' success.

 

TFG has developed substantial competitive advantages in the market place:

It offers all enquiries a fixed-price quotation over the phone, giving the potential client the comfort of knowing the likely cost of the repair.

For work that, cannot be completed "on the spot", TFG has a workshop facility and central office in Thomastown.

Should the customer's refrigerator need to be taken away for repairs. TFG leaves a fully operational replacement, free of charge, while their unit is being fixed.
